Being a blogger means making pancakes several times to perfect the recipe until you’re cooking aesthetically pleasing pink pancake hearts that you can be proud of this Valentine’s season.

After failing miserably because adding raspberry mush to pancake mix doesn’t work and cookie molds don’t work, here are what I have settled for- the most deliciously basic chocolate chip pancakes.

And I want them almost every night..
