Nothing sounds more ethereal to my ears than a Summertime Sadness/I Wanna Be Yours mashup. I discovered this masterpiece on YouTube the same time I discovered Audrey Hepburn’s Sabrina and have listened to it almost every day since. It offers the perfect balance of melancholy and sensuality, rather than an overkill of one or the other. It’s like a black leather jacket personified. You can find me listening to on Bluetooth it in my car or on my iPad’s speaker when I am alone dancing in my kitchen attempting to cook something.
