Pretty Salad Privilege

A beautiful Moroccan orange salad salad derived from my Parisian cook book. I am blissfully ashamed to say this is the only recipe from my book I have created so far..but my husband baked a souffle. I may not have had all the ingredients on hand (orange blossom water?) but this was my closest attempt.
